Watched: The Mandalorian and Grogu πΏ

Yesterday we watched The Mandalorian and Grogu at the movie theater. It was great, and in fact it would be impossible for me to not like it, as a Star Wars fan, a Mandalorian fan, a Grogu fan, so my opinion is definitely very biased. Good movie!!! πΏ
If you are looking for in-depth, profound storylines, this might not be for you. It's a light hearted story, just like the TV show. Impossibly evil villains, many funny characters, the cutest baby that has ever existed, jumping into hyperspace, friends saving friends, unlikely heroes, standing up for what's right, all that good Star Wars lore we just love. Like I said, a good movie!
My only complaint is the pace of the editing in some of the fight scenes. All the scenes inside spaceships were nicely cut, and one of the fights on the ground even felt a bit slow, but all the other fights while on the ground were extremely fast paced, with a million cuts lasting just a few frames, and a shaky handheld camera effect to make things even more chaotic. Not my jam. I get that this is a way for the editor to imply a ton of action and speed, but I think it was a bit too much here (speaking as someone who's first career was actually film editing!).
But all in all, a great little movie to kick-start our Summer! π½πβοΈπΏ
